Mid-America Baptist Camps

Mid America Baptist Youth Camp is held on the grounds of Sagmount Baptist Youth Camp. The camp is in the southwest part of the state of Missouri, near Joplin, MO.

The churches of the Missouri Baptist Bible Fellowship purchased the property of Sagmount Baptist Youth Camp in 1960. For over sixty years now the camp facilities have been hosting youth camps from all the Four Corners of the state of Missouri, along with groups from the states of Nebraska, Illinois, and Texas.

You will find that the camp is a historical site and a beautiful setting. Looking from the top of the camp property, you look out over a state-registered spring along with the recreational area for activities. We would like to invite you to come and visit Mid America Baptist Youth Camp.
